Returns

We hope your order met all your expectations. However, if for any reason you decide to return it – no worries, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the package.

How to make a return?

1. Inform us about your intention to make a return – preferably by email at: lacyerstudio@gmail.com. In the subject line, write: “Return and order number”.
2. Securely pack the products – preferably in the original packaging or another one that will properly protect the content inside.
3. Include the proof of purchase and the return form (available for download below). If you are unable to print it – write it by hand.
4. Send the package back to our warehouse address:

Important informations:

• We accept returns only within 14 days of receiving the package.
• Return shipping cost has to be covered by the customer.
• Products must be in an intact condition – without signs of use, with tags and in the original packaging, if applicable.
• We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages or those sent at the recipient’s expense.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction – no later than within 14 calendar days of receiving the package or proof of its return shipment.
• In the case of a partial return that results in the loss of eligibility for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the delivery costs from the refund amount.
• Failure to collect a package is not considered a return – in such cases, we may seek reimbursement of the transportation costs.
